FWCJUA Plan of Operation

The FWCJUA’s Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Operations Manual are the three component parts of the FWCJUA’s Plan of Operation. Each component part of the FWCJUA’s Plan of Operations must be read in conjunction with the other parts of the Plan of Operation, as defined below. Where there is any perceived or actual inconsistency between the terms of any of the component parts of the Plan of Operation, the terms of superior documents shall govern over those of subordinate documents, listed as follows in declining order of superiority:

B. Bylaws as amended from time to time (Seventh Amended, Effective 07/30/2007)

C. Operations Manual
