FWCJUA Underwriting Before a workers’ compensation insurance policy can be issued, the FWCJUA underwriters must first evaluate your business operation to determine the exposure, or “risk” to be insured. The information provided by the employer is analyzed by the FWCJUA underwriters who possess the expertise and experience to accurately identify exposures, appropriately classify risks, review prior loss experiences, calculate premiums and determine terms of the policy. At the FWCJUA, our underwriting staff strives to ensure appropriate pricing for the coverage provided.
