Employers obtaining workers' compensation insurance with the FWCJUA must utilize the professional services of a FWCJUA Authorized Agency and its Designated Producer.

An Authorized Agency or Designated Producer does not have authority to bind coverage on behalf of the FWCJUA, rather the FWCJUA binds coverage on its own behalf.
